01 Product
The workbench for work that compounds.
NWZUP is for people whose work spans AI tools — founders, researchers, small teams. One place where goals live, plans get compiled, execution gets routed and receipted, and outcomes get verified. Built on the Claude API, open by architecture to every other intelligence.
What you can actually touch
A personal workspace: describe a goal, get an inspectable plan compiled on Claude, approve the sensitive steps, watch execution write to the ledger, and accept or correct the result. Real state, real API calls, real receipts — with a small group of alpha users, not a waitlist of spectators.
02 Built on Claude
Claude isn’t a logo here. It’s the engine room.
Vendor-neutral is our architecture; Claude is our daily driver. The integration is specific and load-bearing:
Compiler on Claude
Work plans are compiled by Claude — goals decomposed into steps with dependencies, acceptance criteria, budgets, and approval gates. Plans read like a careful chief of staff wrote them, because the model doing the reasoning is Claude.
Execution through the Claude adapter
Steps execute through a first-class Claude provider adapter — clean API boundary, no vendor logic leaking into your work. Reasoning steps default to Claude; high-volume grunt steps can drop to cheaper tiers.
Ledger tracks Claude spend
Every Claude API call is receipted: model, tokens, latency, cost to the cent, evaluation status. You see exactly what the intelligence cost and whether it earned it — per step, per run, per project.
NWZUP is an independent product built on the Claude API. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Provider adapters for OpenAI-compatible APIs and Gemini are in progress; the architecture stays neutral so your work never belongs to any single model.
03 Capabilities
Everything the OS does, labeled honestly.
Workbench
Projects, goals, artifacts, and execution history in one environment. Chat is a command interface; persistent work objects are the product.
Alpha
Work State
Versioned goals, constraints, decisions, artifacts, and provenance. Revisit any project without losing what was decided.
Alpha
Work Compiler
Goals become inspectable plans — steps, dependencies, budgets, approval gates — compiled on the Claude API.
Alpha
Provider adapters
Claude live today; OpenAI-compatible and Gemini in progress; local models planned. Swapping never restarts your work.
Alpha Expanding
Work Modes
Auto, Quick, Deep, Research, Build, Do, Private — each with behavior that matches its label. Private means what it enforces, nothing more.
Alpha
Tools, permissioned
Files, code operations, structured data — each capability explicitly authorized. Browser and computer execution stay gated until safe.
Alpha
Execution Ledger
Every run receipted: provider, model, attempts, latency, tokens, cost, evaluation. Unpriced is never reported as free.
Alpha
Evaluation
Deterministic checks, structured validation, and your accept / correct / reject. Output and accomplishment stay separate.
Alpha
Recompiler
Compares strategies on measured evidence — cost, latency, quality, corrective effort. Recommends; never invents savings.
Planned
04 Work modes
Seven modes. Each one means what it says.
Modes set the system’s posture — how deep it goes, what it may touch, what it must ask first.
Auto
NWZUP picks the posture per step — quick lookups stay quick, hard problems get depth. The default.
Quick
Cheapest capable path, minimal ceremony. For questions with short answers.
Deep
Full context compilation, multi-step plans, verification. For work that has to be right.
Research
Evidence-gathering posture: sources, provenance, and explicit uncertainty on every claim.
Build
Artifact-producing posture — code, documents, plans — with evaluation gates before anything ships.
Do
Action posture for authorized tools: files, tickets, messages. Approval gates enforced.
Private
Restricted-dispatch posture. Private describes what the mode enforces — stated plainly in the UI, never implying local-only execution it doesn’t perform.
See your own work, kept.
The alpha is small on purpose. Request access, tell us what you’d run through it, and we’ll read every word.
